Information you give us: your name and email address when you join the list, enroll, or contact us; the name you want on your certificate; any message you send us; and your attestation of completion.
Payment information: processed by our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Square, and BNPL services). We receive confirmation of payment and limited details (such as the last four digits) — we do not collect or store full card numbers.
Automatic information: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring site, collected through standard logs and analytics.

3. How we use your information

Provide the course, your account, and your CEU certificate;
Process payments and prevent fraud;
Respond to support and contact requests;
Send you transactional messages (receipts, access links, certificate notices);
With your consent, send marketing emails about the course;
Maintain the certificate verification registry;

4. Payment processing

Payments are handled by PCI-compliant third parties (Stripe, PayPal, Square, and, where offered, Klarna/Afterpay). Your payment is subject to their privacy policies.

5. Marketing emails

If you opt in, we may send marketing emails about the course. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each message. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase.

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate (such as hosting, payment, email, and analytics providers), when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.
